Among the half dozen men and women who walked into the Starbucks Coffee shop, only one of them only partially acknowledged the bell ringer in winter attire, who is desperately trying to raise money for charity. A driver lays on his horn, capturing our attention and drawing us into the scene where the same driver, a whiskey drinking countryman, by the looks of him, steps out of his lifted truck and scolds the distracted driver of the Porsche that just cut him off. In the same parking lot, a mother tries to buckle her infant daughter into her car seat while her adolescent son tugs at her leg in a plea for attention. A grocery store employee roams the parking lot, collecting the shopping carts. A group of teenagers carelessly zip in and out of the lanes on their bicycles, causing cars to slam on their breaks to avoid hitting them. The scene before us is a typical day in Smalltown, America and the small shopping center has all the ironic glory of the country within it. The Starbucks, as previously mentioned, a Burger King and a McDonald’s inside Wal-Mart, if you don’t fancy Burger King, or if you just want to pick up some clothes or perhaps a DVD while you munch down on your Big Mac and sip your Super Sized drink. It’s hard to keep focus on one thing in particular, as there’s so much going on, and all of them are equally ordinary. For that reason, it’s when we see a figure standing on top of the Wal-Mart, that our interest piques. Zooming in, we learn more. It becomes more obvious that the figure is a man. A colored man. Dressed in accordance to the youth of the world; baggy jeans and a baggy t-shirt, his ensemble made complete with the addition of his baseball cap. When the camera cuts angles to being on the roof, and being up close and personal with him, he’s revealed as Tyler Malcolm. Tyler looks down at the parking lot, silently judging the happenings.
TYLER
It's an everyday thing for these people, the same thing. Everyday. They come and then they go. Come to get their mocha frap, go to pick up their damn green tea and condoms at Wal-Mart. It's disgusting. It's beautiful... it's... comfortable.
With a little help from special effects, the scene shifts. The building Tyler's standing on morphs into rows of red velvet covered chairs. The scene skips from reality to theater, as it quite literally is translated onto the stage at a grand theater. Tyler Malcolm is the only one in the audience, however. He holds an extra large bucket of popcorn in his lap and watches the show eagerly. The show continues as we left it, people going about their day in the shopping center. The fabric backdrop of the shopping center falls to the ground, giving the illusion that the city has collapsed in on itself. Another scene takes its place. A city street and an alleyway at night time. A young actress walks out on stage and acts as if she's walking the streets by the alleyway. Three more performers, male, run out dressed on stage dressed as thieves. The woman lets out a shriek as the three men grab her and pin her to the ground. The over-the-top performance has Tyler legitimately concerned. As it wraps up and the curtain drops, Tyler generously applauds and whistles.
TYLER
Bravo! Bravo!
He shouts at the stage, until suddenly the curtain rises again. We see four ring posts and ropes surrounding them, making a makeshift ring on the stage. Tyler's eyes grow wide as a spotlight shines down on him.
TYLER
It's my turn!
Tyler bursts out of his seat and slides onto the stage. As he gets up, the scenes around him change once more. Thousands of fans are packed into the arena. Tyler looks in front of him, and sees Bearded Uno standing before him. Or, at least a puppeteer's portrayal of the bearded one. Tyler maintains his composure though, and treats the puppet like a real foe. Instead of fighting, however, the two circle the ring as Tyler speaks, his voice enough to carry throughout the arena.

Honestly, dude, there's only one guy on the roster I would consider to be... a role model, let's say, and it ain't you. That doesn't mean I don't like you though. I love you, man. For one reason. That mask you wear. That mask you wear perfectly portrays... life itself. Everyone on this planet wears one. A mask. You're all just playing a part, you've all been assigned a role in my movie... and your cameo's up next, Beardy. Don't look so stiff, my man. It's a good role... if you really put yourself into it. Hahahahaha!
But I ain't no hipster. Sure, I'm a bit like Holden Caulfield and sure, I dig The Smiths and sometimes I wear pants a little too small, but I ain't no hipster, I can tell you that much. So don't think because I'm calling the world out on their phonyness, and their masquerading shenanigans that I'm some sort of fucking hipster faggot. No, I'm not, but I'll tell you what I am.
I'm the fucker that's gonna beat you, One. Because whether it's intentional or not, that mask you wear... it does represent the world. It does represent humanity. And since I was a little boy, I've hated... the society I've been forced to play a role in. Sometimes I've outright refused to participate in the bullshit of the world. It's just so... forced, this world is. But I've embraced it now. And I control you... like puppets.
Tyler reaches out and yanks on the puppet of Bearded Uno. We cut to high above the ring, where we're quite surprised to find Tyler Malcolm controlling the puppet of Bearded Uno. Tyler falls as Tyler yanks the chain. We fall with Tyler, his screams boom through the arena, but soon are replaced by the blackness that's began to surround him. Tyler lands peacefully in his bed. As he finds his way out of the covers, we see a younger, 10 year old Tyler Malcolm. He reaches under his bed and pulls out a wrestling magazine and a flashlight. He flips the pages till he sees a portrait Rocky Johnson wearing a championship belt. Young Tyler smiles, as his face shifts into that of present day Tyler, with the same smile. The smile is inspiring, as he looks on at his own inspiration, and is reminded of his childhood dream... a dream that he's close to realizing.
