Sunlight fills the baby blue sky that is crisp, and clean, not even a cloud to be seen. Large, masterful trees decorate the ground below, their big, green leaves positioned on top, and the dirty, brown bark, and stump holding it up. Birds descend from one direction to the next, and squirrels roam the grass below, searching for food, or whatever they desire at the time being. Small children can be seen in the distance running, and jumping for joy, enjoying the beautiful weather while their parents watch them playing gleefully. Brown, beaten benches adorn the cement sidewalk that is covered in different types of bird feed people have thrown on to it. Looking further, families are seen having picnics by a water-filled pond, lily pads, and all. Passing two Caucasian children running a long the sidewalk, we see a man sitting at a bench. Sporting a stylish jeans, brown tennis shoes, a tight-fitted T-shirt, and a choker necklace, it is clear to see recognize who this is. It is SNME superstar, Casey Kage. With his legs crossed, at this moment in time, he is reading a book, looking rather perplexed by the current page he is reading. Then, after folding down the edge of the particular page he was on, Kage closes the book, and sits it down on to the bench, right beside him. A bird is seen by his shoe, and Kage quickly kicks at it, causing it to fly away. Taking in the surroundings of the park around him, Kage speaks.
Kage: Great day, huh? Cool air, swift winds, bright sun, and a clear sky. It doesn't get much better than that. Just like, when it comes to a professional wrestler, they don't get much better than Casey Kage.
Grabbing his book with his left hand, Kage gets up from the bench, and stands at a vertical base. He begins to walk down the cemented sidewalk in the park, past various picnics, groups, and children rolling around in the grass, still clutching the unknown book in his left hand as he walks.
Kage: Although, greatness isn't served on a silver platter. No matter how big of a star you are made out to be, you will never receive the mark of "greatness" with out earning it first. And, no matter what you hear, or read, trust me, I earned my mark in the SNME and others. Going from the opening match of a RIW show on PPV in 2003 to main eventing NHBWO in 2005, and winning the NHBWO Worlds Championship, to main eventing SNME shows, I've struggled, and at times, broken down, and thought I would never be able to pick up the pieces, and again be the man I once was. But, I'm still standing. I am still strong.
Turning to the first page of the brown, leather-bound book in his left hand, Kage begins to read a particular line from the opening passage of the book as he stops in the middle of the pathway as various people around him begin to stare.
Kage: "They were the best of times, they were the worst of times". So writes Charles Dickens in the novel A Tale of Two Cities. Being an avid of literature, I have read many a book. And, through all the novels I have read, that one particular sentence has stuck with me through out them all. Especially now. Because, if you think about it for a minute, not only can those words in a way sum up my entire SNME career, but they can also sum up the entire life-span of the SNME as a whole. As a pro-wrestler, I have gone up the ladder, and fell back down the ladder many a time. And, the SNME has definitely experienced its fair share of triumph, and defeat. Yet, while right now the SNME may be experiencing "the worst of times" somewhat, I'm experiencing "the best of times". You know why? Because, even though I've reached the pinnacle of success, I still have much more to do in my career, and that is exactly what I am hear again to accomplish, and it just so happens, no matter how long it takes, I will get the job done. As for the future of the SNME? Will the SNME ever again experience "the best of times"? I can't honestly tell you that. I might be able to do many things, but I can't predict the future. Though, if I were a betting man, I'd place plenty of money on the answer of "yes". But, on to other things.
Closing the book, Kage begins to walk further down the sidewalk. The pond is in clear view now as a section can be seen that is almost entirely clear of trees. The sun shines down violently upon the glistening lake, shining preciously.
Kage: I can comment on what is on my mind at the time being, though. And, that is a goal I look forward to accomplishing very soon. One word. Punk. Punk, you know we go back. Most of those people in the back, and the fans watching at home, they know we go back. We had a score to settle that, due to my own selfish reasons, was never settled. I had more important things on my mind then. But, now, I've got the time to end what you started with me. There may be the SNME Worlds Championship involved, but there is still the hatred that lies between us. You are not fooling anyone, Punk, especially not me. I hear the deep hatred you have for me in your voice when you speak my name. I can see the flame burning in your eyes when my name is mentioned. I see how you violently clench your fists at the very thought of me. By not finishing the Ring Explosion match at Revolution against you, I caused the blood in your veins to sither even more. If you already weren't infuriated with me enough after leaving you laying on TV after TV, that got you deeper in the flesh that anything else I had done to you up to that point. Don't lie. You know it is the truth. Even I will admit it sometimes haunts me that I didn't get to finish what was started between us. Though, now that opportunity has been laid in front of you. I'm ready, Punk, and I know damn well you are, too. The invitation has been laid upon your front door step. Where, and whenever you want it, I am here to finish it once, and for all. Me, and you. One on one. For the last time ever. You just say the word, and it is on.
Now walking off of the cement pathway, Kage gets in to the open grass. It crunches underneath the soles of his shoes. He passes a family against a tree, eating turkey sandwiches, on wheat, enjoying a picnic like so many others today are. At the edge of the pond with water just a few inches away from where his standing, Kage continues his on-going lecture.
Kage: Right now though, I suggest we move on to recent events. And, in recent, I mean the February twenty-fourth edition of SNME Redefined TV. For the first time in a long time, I am truly anticipating this particular SNME event. Like I've said before, this isn't about revenge. This isn't about avenging a fluke loss. No. This is a matter that means something much more than that. For once, I have been booked in a match that I've wanted for quite a while. And, that is me versus the Joey Leone. Joey, I've praised. I have "put you over" on more than one occasion. I don't like being humiliated. I don't like people proving me wrong. Sometimes, I even get a little angry. And, I will be angry at you if you don't show me something when you step in to that ring with me. This company can't live without you stepping it up a notch, man! And, you step it up next Saturday! I know you will, Joey. Don't make me look like a fool. Go out there, and show us all something. Or, like I said, I just might get a little angry.
Looking down at the water, Kage squints as the reflection of the bright, massive star that is our sun shines in his face.
Kage: But, now the time for praise is over. I've said enough great things about you to last your whole career, Joey. You could survive purely on the fact that Casey Kage "put you over". Now it is time for me to knock you off that pedestal that I have elevated you to. You have skill. You have charisma. You have everything it takes to be a great in this business. Though, you lack one thing. Even though it might come shining through you at certain times, it isn't always there. But, it needs to be. And, that is a passion to be the best. Only when anger has fueled you do I find that that passion really excretes, does it really ooze out from under your skin. Although, to be the best, that passion is required twenty-four seven. To beat me, that passion is required come February twenty-fourth. Even though it may not seem like it at points, I have had that passion, that drive, that energy since day one, and never has it relinquished. Never. I can bring out the best in people. I've done it before, and I can do it again. Although, I won't bring out the best in those who don't truly deserve it. You deserve, Joey. And, when I do bring out the best in you, I will also bring out that passion you have to be what you are destined to be, and that is the leader of the SNME in to a new, and hopefully prosperous era. Right now, we are in the worst of times. But, Joey you are truly the saving grace that will take us back to the best of times.

Ya know what? I think I am going to steal a line from our friends at D Generation X.
SUCK IT!
Johnny Magnum apologizes to anyone who took this seriously. Also The Roy for stealing his line in SNME.
