FireWorks explode near the staging area as the camera pans on a sold out crowd.
Camera cuts to the broadcast booth where Joey Styles is seated with his broadcast partner Paul Heyman.
The Broadcast Booth:
Joey Styles: Welcome wrestling fans to another action packed edition of NHBWO Wrestling! Welcome to Saturday Night Turmoil. I'm Joey Styles alongside former ECW Owner and acting president, Paul Heyman. And what a night it will be. This feud between Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Vince McMahon is only escalating and tonight it will only add feul to the fire. It’s Triple H with his partners Chris Jericho and Mr. McMahon taking on Shawn Michaels and his partners The Rock and Ryan Beyer!
Paul Heyman: Your aren’t kidding Joey, with Battle Mania just under 2 weeks away, a wrestling card doesn’t get any better than this. Tonight it’s Kane vs. Batista. And what a history these two men have. I mean just last week Kane was brutally attacked by Batista and his partner Randy Orton. What can Kane have in store for Batista tonight. My guess is that tonight won’t be a good night for Batista.
Joey Styles: It should be one hell of a match but tonight we crown a brand new Custom World Champion! For those of you who don’t know what a custom title is, it’s a title where when you win it, you can name it anything you want!
Paul Heyman: And you failed to mention Joey that, that match is a Battle Royal! You have to throw your opponent over the top rope and both feet must hit the floor much like the match you will be seeing February 10, at Battle Mania! But what could be more great…tonight we will all witness the debut of Sting. My pick is him. Tonight, he will win the Battle Royal. Mark my words!
Joey Styles: Without a doubt, tonight we have an action packed line-up for you. And what--Wait, what’s this. Mr. McMahon is coming to ring, this should be interesting.
In-Ring Segment:
“No Chance” blares over the PA system. Fans stand on their feet as the owner and chairman of NHBWO slowly makes his presence known. Mr. McMahon walks down the ramp dressed in his wrestling gear. He is wearing a dark black tank top, black jeans, black running leather steel toe shoes, and a black leather belt. He has a continuous smirk on his face as he walks up the steel ring steps. He gets in the ring and shows off his 20 inch pythons. He calls for a microphone from ringside. Just as he is about to speak into the microphone a roaring chant of “Asshole” erupts in the crowd.
Mr. McMahon paces around the ring. He leans against the ropes holding the microphone in his right hand. He pans the sold out audience, continuing to smirk as the chants get louder and louder.
Vince McMahon- “Say what you want but tonight nothing is going to get me upset. No, nothing at all. Actually you know what…why don’t you continue, go ahead. Call me an Asshole!”
The crowd is now screaming “Asshole, Asshole!”
Vince McMahon- “You people are so gullible! Didn’t I just get finished saying that nothing and I mean nothing will get me upset tonight! God, I didn’t know that my own home state of Connecticut had so many belligerent bastardized morons. You see tonight, I make my in-ring wrestling debut. That’s right! Mr. McMahon, owner and chairman of NHBWO will step into the ring tonight! And you may be thinking to yourself, my god Mr. McMahon why on earth would you step into the ring with a man like Shawn Michaels? Or The Rock? Or even my own Co-Owner of NHBWO, Ryan Beyer? Well the answer is quite simple really, there is one man in this business who I can trust.”
The crowd is on their feet, screaming a mix of asshole and bastard chants. Someone in the distance screams, “Fuck You, Vince!”
Vince McMahon- “I have someone I can trust to watch my back. Someone who I can trust to take the World Heavyweight Title away from HBK. He is the Game, Triple H! The One Man Assassin. There isn’t anyone else like him. Sure, Ryan Beyer and The Rock may have the World Champion, Shawn Michaels on their side, but come on, do you really think they want that man on their side? Hell no they don’t. They want a man like The Game, Triple H! They are just too afraid to say so. So that’s why tonight The Game, Triple H, Chris Jericho and myself are going to beat Shawn Michaels, The Rock, and Ryan Beyer! They are little boys playing in a big man’s world! Go ahead say what you want, but each and everyone of you know it’s the damn truth! Without that World Heavyweight title, Shawn Michaels would be a nobody. Without me, HBK would be NOTHING! I mean face it Shawn, you are past your prime. You don’t have it anymore! It’s time to pass the torch. Pass the torch to a more deserving somebody! And that somebody is the Game, Triple H! And that’s why come February 10th, Battle Mania… Triple H will….”
A bass plays the drop from G to C. A piano plays a Cm7, followed by the rest of the introduction to the Kurt Telling Quartet’s “Stolen Moments.” Ryan Beyer walks out, staring straight through Vince McMahon. A microphone in hand, he takes off his sport jacket. Beyer walks directly to the ring, and slides in. The crowd has begun cheering, and Beyer gets in close to McMahon.
Ryan Beyer- “Vince. . . Face it, these people don’t want to listen to you. They hate you! Just like ALL of the superstars back there. Even your little puppet, Triple H. Vinny, there isn’t much more time until you and I step in the ring together. I will beat you down! I will give you everything you’ve ever deserved! As if being buried wasn’t bad enough. McMahon, I will make sure that you can’t screw HBK over like you did me. You will not walk into Battle Mania!”
With that, the crowd erupts in cheers. Beyer and McMahon are eye to eye and nose to nose, screaming at each other. The animosity is enough to drive anyone who came between them insane.
Vince McMahon- “Beyer, first off I don’t appreciate you coming out here and getting in my face. Second, of all things, don’t expect Michaels to leave Battle Mania the World Champion. I said it before and I will say it again, it’s just not going to happen. And when it comes down to it, it’s not going to be me screwing Shawn Michaels out of his precious World Heavyweight title. It’s going to be Shawn Michael’s ego screwing Shawn Michaels. Take into consideration that he is so full of himself, thinking that he is the best. Kind of reminds me of someone. Who might that be? You! It’s people like yourself, Ryan Beyer. Your ego’s get the best of you. And what ends up happening? It ends up kicking you in the ass. Just like tonight, when we get in the ring. I’m going to kick your ass!”
Beyer smirks as Vince finishes. Looking at him, Beyer questions if Vince is done. Ryan Beyer gets ready to respond to the threats.
Ryan Beyer- “Vince, you shouldn’t talk about egos. Yours is as big as freaking SATURN! You are one of the most cockiest men I’ve ever seen. Now, you seem ready to battle. So why don’t we get this match started now? Huh? It’s time I see you walk the walk, because all it is right now is just a lot of talk. Vince, are you ready?”
A heavily distorted power chord rings out over the crowd, and Motorhead’s “Time To Play The Game” begins echoing through the arena. The unmistakable introduction gets the crowd standing, lights blinking as Triple H emerges from behind the curtain. Vince stands in the ring, smirking like the devil he is. Triple H walks straight up the stairs and gets right into Beyer’s face. McMahon hands HHH the microphone, and The Game stares straight into Beyer’s eyes.
Triple H- Vince, you know, you really don‘t need to wrestle. I can handle this. I don‘t need you pulling a muscle. Why don‘t you go just write me my check? I’m kidding, man, you know, I’m kidding. Now, Beyer! If you’re thinking of doing something stupid in this ring, if you make one wrong move in this ring with me, it may just be the last time you step in the ring at all. Leave the ass kicking to The Rock and Michaels, they know how it feels, you just sit at the side before you embarrass yourself. If you step in this ring it will be the biggest mistake of your life, but you might want to worry about Michaels. I've seen him take really bad beatings but it won't come close to how The Game does it. Michaels, you will receive just a little pint of what I am going to do to you at Battle Mania and. . .”
Three drum beats pound through the crowd, interrupting the intercontinental champion. Shawn Michaels comes sprinting down the ramp, and slides into the ring as “Sexy Boy” plays in the background. Michaels snatches the microphone from Beyer, and looks over at Triple H.
Shawn Michaels- “Triple H. There’s only one way to solve this predicament. I am sick and tired of listening to all of this talk. Blah, blah, blah, let’s get this match started RIGHT NOW!”
VS.
Triple H, Chris Jericho and Vince McMahon vs. Shawn Michaels, The Rock and Ryan Beyer
Bell Sounds.
The Start:
The crowd erupts as Ryan Beyer dives at Vince McMahon, knocking him down. Beyer begins literally pounding the owner, while Triple H is distracted by HBK. From back stage, Chris Jericho runs out to the ring, and dropkicks Ryan off of McMahon. The Rock comes sprinting out shortly after Jericho, followed closely by a referee. Shawn Michaels and Triple H are exchanging hard right hands in the middle of the ring, where Jericho has Rock beaten into a corner, and throws the Rock into the ropes. As the Rock flies back, Chris receives a hard clothesline, the Rock beating him to the punch. Vince and Beyer have taken their fight outside, with the much younger Beyer usually beating McMahon to the punch. An elbow to the gut gets Vince to slouch, and Ryan grabs the hair on the back of his head. After ramming Vince face-first into the apron, Beyer shoves Vince into the ring, but stays on him with a kick to the side. Vince is able to tackle Beyer into the corner, where he begins pummeling him hard. Triple H is able to block one of HBK’s punches, and kicks him in the stomach. HHH drops to one knee, smashing Michaels’ head into his knee. A dazed Michaels falls backwards, and Triple H goes for a pin. The Rock jumps onto HHH’s back, breaking up the pin. Michaels gets up to find HHH beating the Rock, Jericho leisurely leaning against the ropes. Shawn Michaels springs up to his feet, and charges Y2J. Before he knows it, Jericho has been clothesline to the outside of the ring, and Michaels pulls HHH off of the Rock. The Rock takes a moment to recover, as Beyer finally is able to get Vince to fall for a long enough period of time to divert his attention. Beyer sprints at Triple H, and in slow motion, dives at his lower led. HHH is tripped, and falls backwards, just before he was able to fire back at HBK. Vince has gotten up, and runs at Michaels. Shawn takes a step backwards, but leaves one foot in front of him. McMahon trips and falls face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Vince climbs up and confronts Beyer with a hard left hand. McMahon backs Ryan into the corner, where he and Beyer switch off backhand slaps. Jericho and the Rock confront each other again, each man equally useless to the match. Both men outside of the ring repeatedly trying to avoid being thrown into the poles or the stairs. The Rock finally falls to the veteran Jericho, and Jericho throws him shoulder first into the stairs. Jericho picks the Rock back up, and uses the tag rope to tie him to the pole. Jericho takes a few cheap shots before rolling into the ring. Vince has managed an advantage on Beyer, able to slowly wear down Beyer’s ribs. It is obvious that the owner of NHBWO has grown tired, so Ryan is able to capitalize on that. Beyer is able to sneak in a blow before Vince can hit him again, and save HBK from the possibly dangerous two on one situation. Jericho is again thrown out of the ring, this time by Beyer. Ryan unties the Rock, and turns his attention to Triple H.
Mid-Match:
Triple H and Shawn Michaels have been testing each other all match. Each man is watching every move made, analyzing it like a pack of scientists. A critical match before Battle Mania, the winner will surely have the momentum advantage. Michaels watches out of the corner of his eye as Beyer dropkicks McMahon, then tries clothes lining HHH. The intercontinental champion falls, and Ryan follows by giving him an elbow drop, nailing him on the chest. The Rock prepares his revenge on Y2J. Outside of the ring, with the referee distracted by the internal happenings of the ring, anything can happen. The Rock calmly walks over to the bent over Jericho, and gives him a knee to the stomach. It is obvious that the Rock means business. He flings Jericho into the post, and Y2J bounces off and falls like a rag doll. The Great One takes a few steps toward Jericho, and begins repeatedly stomping him. Chris trembles in pain at every kick. Beyer has picked Vince up, and gives him a snap suplex. Vince holds his back as Beyer climbs to the highest turnbuckle. Ryan Beyer jumps off of the turnbuckle, floating through the air. Like a ton of bricks, Beyer comes down with an elbow drop across Vince’s chest. Ryan eyes Triple H, who is standing over a fallen Michaels. Beyer dropkicks Hunter in the back, and he falls forward into the turnbuckle. Michaels rises to find Vince at the same level as him. McMahon goes in a fit of rage, giving Shawn every punch possible in an attempt to knock him out. HBK blocks a few, then gives the owner a blatant low blow. Michaels laughs at Vince for a short second, then drops him with a DDT. HBK then turns to HHH, who is beating Beyer down in the corner. Michaels charges at Triple H, and jumps into his back, flinging him off of Beyer. Both of the owners have fallen, and Michaels and Triple H are tired. Outside of the ring, Jericho and the Rock are even showing signs of fatigue. Time has slowed down to where an instant feels like the weight of a thousand years. Michaels is able to connect with Triple H on a few punches, and it seems as if with every punch, HBK is empowered. Ryan slowly rises, beating Vince to a vertical base. Beyer takes a hard swing at Vince, pushing him to the ropes. Beyer then clotheslines him over the ropes, and prepares to try to finish the match.
Closing-Match:
Beyer turns to HHH, when he is tripped and pulled out of the ring by Vince McMahon. Vince nails Beyer, knocking him out. Vince gets down and begins hammering Beyer in the face, trying to fulfill his promise. Beyer lays virtually helpless. In the ring, Triple H has been whipped to one side of the ring, and when he bounces off of the ropes and comes back with a knee right to HBK’s face. HHH slides out of the ring, and taps Vince on the shoulder. Vince turns around with a devilish smile on his face. Triple H lifts Ryan Beyer to his feet, and begins repeatedly kneeing him in the stomach. Shoving him into the barrier, Triple H begins dragging Beyer to the side of the ring farthest from the stage. Beyer is lifted to his feet and McMahon takes a shot at him. A dazed Beyer is kicked in the stomach, and lifted high off of the ground. Gravity is surely in effect, as Beyer is dropped through the announce table, knocked out. Triple H slides into the ring, and is accosted by Michaels. Triple H takes a few punches, but eventually is able to block Michaels. Michaels ducks under a clothesline, and The Game accidentally knocks the referee down. Triple H turns around and kicks Michaels in the stomach, and gets ready to Pedigree him. Vince taps HHH on the shoulder, holding a chair. Triple H picks Shawn Michaels up and holds him for Vince to hit. McMahon begins to take a swing, just as HBK realizes what is about to happen. Shawn is able to duck down, and Vince smacks Triple H on the head with the chair. Triple H falls, and Vince stands over his unconscious body. Shawn Michaels looks at Vince McMahon and waits. Vince again lifts the chair to try to smack HBK, but Michaels is much too fast, and is able to super kick the chair straight into McMahon’s face. Shawn Michaels falls onto Triple H, and after a few seconds, the referee begins to stir. The knocked out Triple H has no strength left to kick out, and Michaels successfully gets the pin.
Winners: Shawn Michaels, The Rock and Ryan Beyer
After-Math:
Beyer stumbles into the ring, and turns to HBK. The two shake hands, and Beyer raises Shawn’s hand high. The crowd is on their feet, screaming a mix of HBK and Beyer chants. The crowd has become electrified early in the night, and expects more to come.
The camera fades on Beyer and Michaels talking in the ring, and goes to a commercial.
An advertisement for Pepsi airs. The Osborne’s are standing in their kitchen, drinking Pepsi. As they finish each can, they disappear. A slogan appears over the picture of the empty kitchen that reads, “Pepsi: Who wouldn’t rush out and buy one if you knew it would make the Osborne’s disappear?
