Joey Styles: Tonight, it's all about the World title Tournament and it looks like it's going to be Raven squaring off against Val Venis in the first round of the World Title Tournament![/td][/tr][/table]
Raven vs. Val Venis -World Title Tournament: Round #1
Raven's music hits and the fans boo as he slowly makes his way to the ring. He walks down the ramp with a twisted, angry look on his face. He slides into the ring and climbs the turnbuckles. He extends both of his arms to either side as his music cuts. “Hello Ladies” blares over the PA System as Venis struts down the ramp with his trademark white towel. He gets in the ring and asks for a microphone. A ring attendant hands him a microphone. Fans begin cheering, mostly the women as he begins to speak.

Raven blindsides Venis from behind and begins to beat him down to the mat.
Bell Sounds.
The Start:
Raven continues to beat down on Venis. Raven rips Venis' towel from his waist and wraps it around his throat. Raven chokes Venis' as the referee begins the 5 count. Raven breaks the choke hold after 4. Raven brings Venis to his feet, running him into the ropes he nails a high knee lift. Raven runs against the ropes and hits a flying elbow drop. He goes for the pin early in the match. 1, 2. Venis' kicks out. Raven picks up Venis and drops him to the mat with a body slam. He runs against the ropes and attempts another elbow drop but Venis moves out of the way and Raven catches nothing but canvas. Venis takes advantage and beats Raven up as he backs into a corner. Raven kicks Venis the guts and reverses him into the corner. Raven stomps away at Venis as he slowly falls to the mat. Raven kicks Venis in the face over and over again until a noticeable black and blue mark appears on the upper forehead. Raven lifts Venis to his feet and hurls him to the outside.
Mid Match:
Raven and Venis battle on the outside of the ring as the referee enforces the 10 count. Venis gains an upper advantage after running Raven into the corner post. He tosses him back into the ring just as the referee reaches eight. Raven backs away holding his hands up. Raven gets to his feet and Venis shoves Raven into the corner and begins to unload on him with rights and lefts. Venis runs Raven into the ropes and hits a shoulder tackle. He goes for the pin. 1, 2. Raven kicks out. Venis lifts Raven up and positions him on the top turnbuckle. Venis climbs the 2nd turnbuckle and hooks his arm just under Ravens chin. He attempts to give Raven a superplex. But, Raven reverses it with shots to the gut on Venis which causes him to lose his balance and fall to the mat below. Raven comes off the turnbuckle with another one of his elbow drops. He goes for the pin. 1, 2. Venis kicks out. Raven looking frustrated throws Venis back to the outside. Raven pumbles Venis on the outside as the referee begins the 10 count once more. Raven brings Venis down to the hard cold concrete floor. Raven with a sadistic twisted look grabs a steel folding chair. Venis staggers to his feet. Raven gets behind him, raising the chair. The referee climbs onto the ring apron attempting to snatch the steel chair from Raven. Raven pulls it away. The referee points the finger at Raven. Raven raises the steel chair again, the referee once again attempts to pull it away. Raven turns around and cracks the referee's skull. The referee falls motionless to the outside concrete floor. Raven is about to hit Venis when Venis nails a low blow on Raven. Venis tosses Raven back into the ring. Venis brings in the steel folding chair with the referee still out on the outside. Venis is about to hit Raven with the chair when Raven out of nowhere hit's a low blow on Venis. Raven collects himself and gets to his feet.
Closing Match:
Raven sets up the steel folding chair in the ring. He runs Venis into the ropes attempting a drop toe hold. Venis reverses it and hits another shoulder block which brings Raven down to the mat. Venis scoops Raven up and slams him back to the mat. He climbs the top rope calling for the "Money Shot". The referee starts to stir on the outside. Raven manages to get to his feet and cut Venis off just before he can hit his move. Raven climbs the 2nd turnbuckle. He hooks Venis' head and hits an even flow DDT. Venis is out cold. Raven goes for the pin hooking the leg. The referee holds his head on the outside dazed. Raven screams for the referee to make the count. Raven breaks his pin and walks over to the referee, he pulls him onto the apron by the shirt. He argues with him for a bit as Venis collects himself. Raven pulls the referee into the ring and tells him that he will beat his ass if he doesn't make the count next time. Raven furiated grabs Venis by the head. Venis counters it and school boys Raven. The referee makes the count. 1, 2, 3.
Winner: Val Venis

Venis turns around and Raven spits in the face of Venis. Venis attempts a clothesline. Raven ducks it dropping the steel chair, Raven hooks Venis' head and drops him right into the steel chair face first with an even flow ddt. Raven climbs to the outside and grabs a microphone. Raven: I can't believe it! I just can't believe it! I just got screwed 2 weeks in a row! I had Val Venis beat! I nailed him with my even flow DDT and he was out like a light! Nobody was home! But where the hell was the referee?! This match should of been mine! I should be in the World Title Tournament, not him *points at Venis who is out cold*! What about Me?! What about Raven?! *Raven kicks the bottom rope*. Val Venis you may be in the world title tournament, but this thing between me and you is far from over. I want you in a match at Behind Bars! You and me one on one! In my kind of environment! I want you in a Street Fight! Because I will tell you this, as long as I'm in NHBWO..you won't be going far. And as far as your spot in the World Title Tournament. Consider your spot, terminated. Because I will go through hell to make sure that you don't make it to the Finals! Quote the Raven, Never More! Raven's music hits and fans boo as he poses over the beaten body of Val Venis. Raven drops the microphone and heads to the back. |
Backstage Segment: Shawn Michaels *As Turmoil returns from commercial break, Shawn Michaels is seen in the parking lot pacing back and forth as if he is waiting for someone. The camera then gets closer and closer to him as the camera man walks in Michaels direction. HBK sees the camera and looks directly into it* HBK: I'm sure you're all wondering just why in the hell I'm out here huh? Well out here for one reason. Not to attack Eddie Guerrero or anyone else, but to wait on a very close friend of mine. You could all think of as a brother to me. Lately, these little rookies here in NHBWO have been getting on "The Heart Break Kid's" last nerves, so this morning when I arrived at the hotel, I decided to give this friend of mine a call. He said he'd be in town as quick as possible so tonight you're all going to witness the re-birth of something. You're all going to witness the return of something that was once great. So starting tonight, my friend and I are taking names and kicking ass whether the rest of NHBWO like it.........or not. *As soon as he finishes speaking a limo pulls up next to HBK. The window is cracked a little bit and as the camera man tries to sneak a peak at whose inside Michaels snatches the camera from his hands. He looks into the camera and mouths something. The crowd watching this over the titan tron then erupt into cheers. HBK then smiles and turns off the camera leaving nothing, but a blank screen for all the fans in the arena and at home, to sit and stare at* |
Edge vs. The Undertaker -World Title Tournament: Round #1
Edge's music hits and fans boo as he makes his way through a thick cloud of fog which seems through the openings of the entry way. Edge walks to the ring in a different manor without Lita by his side.
Clips of The Undertaker tomb stoning Lita are shown on the big screen.
Edge paces in the ring as the lights go out in the arena. The arena is plunged into a black shadow as the church bells start to chime, the lights become a haunting blue after the third chime, and after the bells and thunder finish the familiar, mournful, haunting melody of the Graveyard Symphony is played over the PA System. The Undertaker slowly makes his way to the ring with the fans support surprisingly behind him. He walks up the steps, stalls and with a raise of his arms, the lights go back to normal. He enters the ring and removes his trench coat slowly followed by the hat revealing his pure-white eyes. Edge is about to lock up with The Undertaker when "Can You Feel the Heat" hits.
Eddie Guerrero's music hits and he walks out on the ramp way to a standing ovation. Eddie walks down the ramp as Edge looks on in the ring. Eddie is carrying a steel chair for reasons unknown. Eddie paces around the ring as the fans chant "Eddie! Eddie! Eddie!" Guerrero positions the steel chair right near the ring and takes a seat with a huge smirk on his face as Edge begins to talk some trash. Edge points to Eddie in disgust as he continues to mouth off at him. Guerrero imitates Edge with his hand. Edge replies with a "fuck you". Edge turns back to The Undertaker who stares him down. Edge gets into the face of The Undertaker.
Bell Sounds.
The Start:
Edge slaps The Undertaker in the face. Undertaker snaps his head back and rolls his eyes. Edge backs away. The Undertaker walks towards Edge and Edge nails The Undertaker in the face. Edge punches The Undertaker again and again. It shows no effect what so ever. Undertaker grabs Edge by the throat and thrusts him into the corner. Undertaker begins to unload with everything he's got. Undertaker with fury in his eyes, after what Edge did to Paul Bearer, grabs Edge by the throat and lifts him up. Undertaker presses Edge over his head before dropping him to the mat. Eddie Guerrero looks on, on the outside of the ring with his feet perched up on the ring apron. Undertaker runs Edge into the ropes and hits a clothesline sending Edge crashing to the outside. Edge tries to collect himself on the outside. He see's Guerrero and starts to talk some more trash. Eddie looks back at him and smirks as The Undertaker comes up from behind him. Undertaker catches a left, right into the face of Edge. Edge slides back into the ring.
Mid Match:
Edge runs against the ropes and catches The Undertaker right in the face with a sliding dropkick just as he is about to slide back into the ring. Edge brings The Undertaker to the corner and unloads on him with rights and lefts. Edge climbs the turnbuckles and begins to punch The Undertaker in the face over and over again. Undertaker shoves Edge off. An Eddie chant begins on the outside. Edge gets somewhat distracted by it, when he tries to climb the turnbuckles again, The Undertaker grabs Edge by the throat and hurls him to the other side. Edge holds his back in pain as Guerrero laughs on the outside. Edge elbows Edge in the face. Undertaker runs Edge into the ropes and hits a clothesline. Undertaker goes for the pin. 1, 2. Edge kicks out. Edge slides to the outside as the referee begins the 10 count. Undertaker grabs Edge by the hair and tries to bring him back into the ring. Edge grabs the Undertaker by the head and hits a hangman's noose. The Undertaker falls to one knee in the ring. Edge climbs the top turnbuckle and nails a shoulder block on Undertaker taking him down. Edge beats down the Undertaker some more with rights and lefts as another Eddie chant begins. Edge blocks his ears as Guerrero riles the fans up some more.
Closing Match:
Edge continues to wear out The Undertaker in the ring. Edge runs The Undertaker into the ropes and nails a missile like drop kick. He goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. An Undertaker chant erupts. Guerrero joins in. Edge runs The Undertaker into the ropes again, and attempts a clothesline, The Undertaker ducks it and nails Edge with a big boot. Edge falls to the mat. As he staggers back to his feet, Undertaker runs against the ropes and nails a flying clothesline. Undertaker on one knee looks down at Edge. Undertaker holds his hand up. The fans cheer. Edge staggers to his feet and Undertaker grabs Edge by his throat. Edge counters it with a kick to the groan. The referee doesn't see it. Edge hits the edgecution on The Undertaker. He goes for the pin. 1, 2, 3. Edge's music hits and fans boo as the referee raises his hand.
Winner: Edge

Both men have words for each other. Edge grabs the ropes looking down at Guerrero, he hocks a lugie right into his face. Eddie whips the spit away from his face. Eddie stands up from his chair. Fans cheer. Guerrero looks up at Edge who continues to talk some trash. Guerrero dives into the ring and both men go at it. Edge backs Guerrero into the corner and unloads on him with everything he's got. Guerrero fights back and gains the upper hand beating down Edge. Chris Masters runs down the ramp. Guerrero continues to beat down Edge. Guerrero see's Masters and punches him in the face again and again until he falls to the mat. He turns around and Edge gives him a low blow. Edge and Masters stomp away at a helpless Eddie Guerrero. "Real American" hits and the fans go nuts as Hulk Hogan makes his way down to the ring. Masters and Edge continue to beat down Guerrero in the ring. Hogan climbs into the ring and points at Masters, Hogan’s punches him in the face knocking him down to the mat. He nails Edge. He goes back to Masters as Guerrero fights back with Edge. Hogan runs Masters against the ropes and nails a big boot. Guerrero hits the "3 Amigo's on Edge" before clotheslining him to the outside floor. "Real American" hits and Hogan tears away his Hulk-a-mania shirt. He tosses it to some lucky fan in the crowd. Hulk Hogan asks for Eddie to pose with him in the ring. Guerrero and Hogan pose for the crowd as Masters and Edge look on backing away up the ramp way from the ring. Both teams exchange words. Hogan motions with hands over his waist that he will beat Masters tonight and win the World title at Behind Bars as Eddie Guerrero and Edge throw in some fighting words with each other. |
Backstage Segment: Vince McMahon- If you don't mind I have an important announcement to make. *Fans Boo* It seems like that "older than a dinosaur fossil, crippled, broken, wrinkled old fart" or as you may all known him as Hulk Hogan...Won't be leaving us after all. *Fans cheer* By some legal issues Hulk Hogan will not have a Pink Slip stipulation at Behind Bars. But, after seeing what just happened out there. It seems only right to make a Tag-Team Match at Behind Bars. In one corner it will be Chris Masters teaming with his tag team partner Edge, taking on the team of Hulk Hogan and Eddie Guerrero. Oh, need I mention..This match will be for the tag team titles. I thank you very much! |
Chris Masters vs. Hulk Hogan -World Title Tournament: Round #1
Chris Master's music blasts the PA system. The camera cuts to entrance ramp where Master's is positioned much like one of the Greek gods. His music continues to play as he removes his entrance robe and poses for the crowd. He begins flexing his muscles to the beat of his music. He gives one final pose before heading to the ring. Fans boo him as he gets into the ring. "Real American" hits and Hulk Hogan makes his way down to the ring to a standing ovation. He is dressed in his trademark red and yellow outfit, He gets into the ring and poses for the crowd before ripping his t-shirt down the middle and in two.
Bell Sounds.
The Start:
Chris Masters immediately attacks Hogan. Masters punches Hogan in the back of the head again and again. Hogan tries to shake it off. Masters gives Hogan an axe handle to the back which brings Hogan down to one knee. The fans really get behind Hogan. Masters tries to punch Hogan, Hogan counters it. Hogan and Masters have a slug out. Hogan wins it backing Masters into the corner. Hogan runs Masters into the ropes and is about to go for a big boot when Masters slides to the outside of the ring to argue with fans ringside. Hogan waits for Masters who paces on the outside of the ring. Masters walks around arrogant on the outside still trashing talking fans as Hogan waits in the ring. Masters slides into the ring and both men lock up. Masters locks in an arm lock on Hogan. Hogan reverses it and shoves Masters into the ropes and hits a shoulder block. Hogan flexes his muscles as Masters looks on with his mouth wide open sitting on the mat. *Fans Cheer*
Mid Match:
Masters gains the upper advantage after Masters gives Hogan the eye rank. Masters backs Hogan into the corner and beats him down. Masters tries to punch Hogan in the face but Hogan blocks it nailing Masters. Hogan punches him again. Hogan has Masters reeling early in the match. Hogan picks up Masters and slams him to the mat. Hogan fakes an elbow drop and kicks Masters in the head. Hogan brings Masters to his feet and kicks him in the gut. Hogan runs against the ropes and nails Masters in the chin with a knee lift. Edge makes his way down to the ring to a roaring boo as Hogan continues to wear down Masters in the ring. Hogan runs against the ropes yet again with Masters down on one knee, Edge grabs Hogan’s leg. Hogan points at Edge and talks some trash. Masters shoulder blocks Hogan in the knee. Masters stomps away at Hogan as Edge acts as a cheerleader for Masters. Guerrero makes his way to the ring. Edge spots him and backs away at Guerrero stands near the entrance of the ring. Masters runs Hogan against the ropes and gives him a back body drop. Masters locks in a head lock on Hogan as both Guerrero and Edge look on. Masters locks it in even harder when Hogan doesn't give in. Masters finally breaks the hold. Masters stomps away at Hogan who tries to get to his feet.
Closing Match:
Masters attempts to lock in the Master Lock but Hogan battles out of it somehow. Hogan fires back on Masters. Hogan runs against the ropes but Masters catches him locking in a bear hug. Masters grips Hogan hard hoping that he will give up. Hogan slowly fades away as Guerrero cheers for Hogan on the outside. The referee checks Hogan. His arm goes down for 1. The referee raises Hogan’s arm. His arm goes down for 2. He checks it again but this time Hogan fights back. He battles out of Masters tight grip. Hogan runs Masters into the ropes after a few punches. He gives him the big boot. Masters staggers to his feet and Hogan scoops him up and gives him a body slam. Hogan calls for the leg drop. Edge hops onto the ring apron and slides a steel chair in the ring. Masters grabs hold of it. Guerrero grabs Edge off the ring apron. The referee is now on the outside trying to split up Guerrero and Edge. Hogan turns around and gets nailed with the steel chair. Hogan’s down and out. Masters lifts Hogan's lifeless body up. Master's applies the Master Lock as Edge gives a smirk on the outside of the ring and backs away from Guerrero. The referee gets in the ring and before Guerrero can help out Hogan, the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Chris Masters

Edge and Masters back away from the ring up the ramp way with huge smirks on their faces as they hold up their tag team titles. |
Promo/Hulk Hogan Backstage: A Promo airs stating that at Behind Bars their will be 2 New Debuts in NHBWO.Backstage, Hogan is being checked out by 2 doctors. Eddie Guerrero sits next time. The doctors tell Guerrero that Hogan may have a concussion and they won't know how serious it is until tomorrow morning. Guerrero puts his hands over his face. |
