Earlier today Mason Moore called an open press conference to tell his thoughts on the current situation of SNME. Here's what he had to say.
Mason Moore:
Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm glad that you could show up today on such short notice.
The past couple months have been really hard on all of us Superstars involved with SNME and the collapse of Management. Though, it is not anyone's fault. Life gets in the way and that's understandable. But, there comes a time when you have to realize that you may need to hand the reigns over, just until you have the time to devote yourself back to it again.
A new form of management needs to surface, someone with more time to keep the gears oiled and the motor running. This isn't you handing over the company, it's you giving the power and responsibility to someone who has that passion. That's just my opinion.
As far as the talent goes, we can touch on that for a minute as well. We only have a few dedicated talents left. In fact, I can only think of 6. So where does that leave us, you ask. Well, frankly, I'm not sure. Recruiting is definitely a huge part of a Federation and needs to be done by everyone who even remotely wants to see this Federation flourish again.
But, when recruiting, we need something to draw them in. We need something more eye popping. I'm not going to cut our foundation down, but after so many years of the same layout and backgrounds, I think it's time for a change! It started off amazing when our logos were changing, I was expecting a new website layout as well. Something that will draw a person in.
Myself, when I visit another Federation, I feel at ease when a nicely done layout is presented for the forums. Gives it a better social atmosphere. Not saying we don't have that, but I think we could really use a revamp.
The whole thing breaks down to this. If SNME is to begin its reign again we need our dedicated talents, myself included, to start visiting other feds and finding the talents that are not happy with their current roles and bring them over to us. Hell, even if they're happy we can bring them over.
We need dedicated people to help with writing, money management etc etc.
But, before all of that, we need to get together and see if this is something that we really want to do. Do we think that SNME can come back again?
