In Loving Memory of "Macho Man" Randy Savage
1952 - 2011 R.I.P.
Saturday Night's Main Event!
LIVE! From The EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah!
5/21/11!
The Saturday Night's Main Event logo slowly wipes across the screen. An upbeat guitar suddenly perks up our ears, grasping the attention of millions around the world. The song suddenly picks up, as the rest of the band joins in. With the sound of "Saturday Night" by Nickelback and Kid Rock blaring through our ears, a montage of the greatest moments in Saturday Night's Main Event history begins to play. As the chorus kicks in, the screen shatters into millions of tiny pieces. We are suddenly sent into the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pynnsylvania! The thousands of fans in attendance begin to go wild, as lights begin to flash upon the stage. The camera pans throughout the crowd catching them in their moment of excitement and pure adrenaline. We switch cameras, looking on at the stage. The guitar comes in with a solo, as the lights slightly dim. The song slowly rises in volume, as a massive explosion of pyrotechnics shoots off. The stage is completely lit up, and the energy in the building is absolutely amazing. We quickly cut over to Joey Styles, Austin Owens, and Shelton Benjamin, who bring us the introduction...
Styles: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Satuday Night's Ma-
Benjamin: Main Event! Had to do it, Joey! I've always wanted to do that, and since I'm on the broadcast team... It's my turn to welcome people to the show.
Owens: Oh man, don't you just love it! Haha!
Styles: As I was saying... Welcome, folks! Tragic news befell the wrestling community this week, as "Macho Man" Randy Savage lost his life in a car accident. Our thoughts and prayers are with Randy's family. He was truly one of the greatest to ever lace up a air of boots. Macho... You will be missed. Moving on with thens, we've got another action packed show for you tonight, but first let's take a recap of what went down last week. Rocking the very foundation of SNME, the show started out with a shocking announcement. That's right, Shane McMahon was announced as the Co-Owner of Saturday Night's Main Event! Shelton here tricked Shawn into signing over half the company!
Benjamin: Sure, sure... Blame me. Shawn should know to read a contract. There's always something in the fine print. Always!
Owens: You two keep arguing, I'm gonna fill these people in on what happened. Besides that shocking announcement, the show was filled with other surprises. As Rock and Santino were about to square off, we saw the return of "The Game" Triple H. And boy... Did he look to be in great shape, or what? Triple H took care of both of them, impressing everyone that was watching.
Styles: Not only did we see the return of a great SNME legend, but we also saw some great matches. Mr. Kennedy and Brock Lesnar went head to head in a rematch from Unbreakable a few years ago, and man was it brutal. We saw one heck of an extreme rules match from these guys, and it wasn't even on pay-per-view!
Benjamin: Why don't you tell them about that monumental arm breaking Matt Sydal received from Alberto Del Rio? Haha! Talk about golden, this guy is pure gold in the ring. If there is one guy who impressed me last week, it is this guy. Del Rio is gonna go far here, I can tell you that.
Styles: Why? Because he broke someone's arm? Del Rio is a disgrace! He knows better than to what he did. He took things way too far. He snapped Sydal's arm!
Owens: C'mon, Joey, he was just trying to make a statement to the world, and he did. Del Rio showed everyone that they better show him some respect, or they'll suffer the same fate.
Styles: Yeah, yeah... But that wasn't all, folks. We also saw two men move on in the King of the Jungle Tournament. That's right, G Stone defeated SNME's beloved Justin Tyger, and Randy Orton defeated the Roy to both advance to the semifinals. And this week, we're going to see two more qualify. Kennedy takes on Sam Talbot, and Johnny Magnum goes head to head with the dark and demented Raven!
Owens: C'mon, Joey, let's stop wasting time and get to some action! I'm dying to see what match opens the show!

As SNME returns from a commercial break, we're supposed to be seeing the entrance of Edge and Christian for their match, but instead we are backstage, where Edge and Christian are walking to the stage area but are quickly ambushed by Jacob Jones and Chris Danielson. The new superstars to SNME come up from behind E&C and attack them, sending them flying to the ground. The four men battle each other non stop, as Danielson and Jones keep the upper hand and take them out to the ring. A referee slides in the ring, as Danielson sends Christian in to the ring. The former Mercennario, Chris Danielson, starts beating down Christian, as the bell rings to start the match. As Christian and Danielson start to beat away at each other, Edge and Jacob Jones get up on the turnbuckles, as Danielson punches away at the face of Christian. Christian is backed up in to the turnbuckle, as Danielson tags in Jones. Both me beat Christian down in the turnbuckle, stomping away at his chest.
Austin Owens: Now that is how you make a first impression here! Take out the top tag team!
Joey Styles: Are you kidding me Austin? You can be serious with that! These two guys have no right in attacking Edge and Christian backstage!
Shelton Benjamin: You both sound like a bunch of whining bitches. Shut up and watch the match. I can't wait to see Edge and Christian get what they deserve!
After getting beat down between Danielson and Jones multiple times, Christian eventually gets the upper hand, and hits a reverse DDT on Jones. The crowd goes crazy, as Christian starts to climb his way over to Edge for the tag. Jones quickly gets up though and jumps on Christian, before he could get the tag. Christian however, bumps Jones off of him and jumps for the tag, getting Edge in. Edge runs at Jones and hits a spinning leg lariat, as he gets back up and clotheslines Danielson off the ropes. Jones is slowly getting up as Edge sets up in the corner for a spear. As Jacob Jones gets up, Edge runs at him, but Jones moves out of the way, and Edge rams in to the turnbuckle. Jacob pulls him over to his corner, as the heel team continues to beat down the other member of E&C. It doesn't look pretty, as they continue to tag in and out, beating Edge down, not allowing him to leave his corner. Christian eventually runs in and takes out Jones, slamming him to the outside of the ring. Danielson, the legal man, picks up Edge and sets him up for the GTS. Christian snatches Edge off of Danielson's shoulders! He spins Danielson around... Killswitch! Edge dives on top of Danielson, as the referee slides into position for the count...
"ONE! TWO! THREE!"
Justin Roberts: Here are your winners... Edge and Christian!
Edge and Christian's mixed theme blares through the arena, as the crowd goes nuts for their victory. As Edge and Christian celebrate, we cut to commercial.
As Riccardo finishes announcing Del Rio to the ring, Albert Del Rio emergs from the stage. Wearing the finest of suits and his cashmere ADR embroidered scarf, he makes his way down the ramp. Wearing that wide cocky grin across his face as he always does, Del Rio enters the ring. Riccardo hands Alberto the microphone and backs away, as the music fades away.
Alberto Del Rio: My name... My name is Alberto DEL RIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The crowd begins to roar with boos, as they show their despite for Del Rio for breaking their beloved Sydal's arm last week.
Alberto Del Rio: But you already know that, don't you? Haha. You see, last week I showed Matt Sydal just what Alberto Del Rio can do in this ring. He thought he could just take me lightly, but in the end... He paid for his actions, haha. You see, last week was all about impressing the world. It was about showing the world just what Albert Del Rio is destined to be... A champion! and tonight... Whoever it is that I am competing against... I will not hesitate to break their arm also. it is my destiny. It is my path. And soon you will all seee that Alberto Del Rio is the greatest wrestler in all of SNME! In fact... Before long your new champion will be Alberto Del Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiooooooooooooo-
As "My Time" slices through the air, Del Rio looks to be shocked. With the crowd erupting in cheers, Triple H emerges from the stage. His long, wet hair hangs down over his face, as he stands on the stage. Wearing his trademark leather jacket and jean best, he walks down the ramp, headed straight to the ring. As Triple H steps into the ring, he takes a microphone from Justin Roberts. He then stands before Del Rio, ready to address him. As the music fades out, Triple H speaks...
Triple H: Proud of yourself, huh? Did it make you feel good, Del Rio? Did you enjoy breaking Sydal's arm?
Alberto Del Rio: Of course I'm proud. I showed that little chihuahua how to get things done.
Triple H: How 'bout you try breaking my arm? How about I show you what SNME is really all about? This is my ring. This is my territory, and I'm not gonna have some stuck up fool like you walking aroun breaking people's arms!
Alberto Del Rio: You want to face me? Haha. Triple H, no problemo. I'll see you later tonight, haha.
As Del Rio and Triple H face off, SNME fades to commercial.
Saturday Night's Main Event comes back from commercials. We see shots from outside of the EnergySolutions Arena, in a beaufitul night, onSalt Lake City, Utah. We then see the fans with smile on their faces, having a great time. The start to raise their signs as they start to make loud noises. A video package is played, showing past clips from SNME's Rumble in the Jungle.
Styles: I can't wait for our first Pay Per View back to happen!
Owens: Well, let's just see if you will be there announcing...
Styles: Why wouldn't I...?
Owens: Let me remind you, we have a new boss, which could probably, you know, fire you.
Styles: Yeah... I don't think so... But right now, ladies and gentlemen we are about to witness two famous people collide, one being a millionare, and the other being an artist. We are about to see Ted DiBiase take on Goldust!
Owens: Now let's see what can both offer, and more importantly, let's see if Goldust can impress the new boss.
Styles: HBK's still our boss.
Owens: I'm talking about Shane McMahon... Fifty percent owner, whatever, you know what I mean.
Then, the bell rings.
Justin Roberts: The following contest is scheduled for one fall.
"Million Dollar Man" by Kutless plays, as the fans recognize the theme, they start to boo. DiBiase comes out, with a serious expression on his face.
Justin Roberts: Making his way to the ring from West Palm Beach, Florida. Weighing in at 235 pounds. Ted DiBiase!
DiBiase stops on the ramp, looking at the fans surrounding the arena, as he then keeps walking. He stops on the steel steps, giving another look. He enters the ring, as he then taunts the crowd.
The TV screen change's it's format, movie like, as we see a man coming out to the stage. Wearing a blonde wig, and a gold with black robe, he takes them off right there. The crowd starts to cheer.
Justin Roberts: And his opponent, from Hollywood, California. Weighing in at 245 pounds. Goldust!
Goldust starts to make his way to the ring, with some little kids being scared of him, some looking at him as if he was weird... And the adult fans that recognize him cheering for him. He starts to walk on the steel steps, as he stops, doing his signature "breath". He enters the ring, looks at DiBiase, as DiBiase's out of the ring. The referee tells DiBiase to get inside of the ring, as DiBiase's just looking at Goldust. He enters the ring, as the bell rings. Goldust tries to make a good start striking DiBiase as fast as he can. DiBiase falls to the mat, rolling out of the ring. The referee starts to count.[/b]
1...2...3...4...5...6..
DiBiase starts to look at the crowd, as he enters the ring again. He attacks Goldust, striking him until the reaches the turnbuckle. The referee gets near, telling DiBiase to move out, as DiBiase yells at the referee, Goldust attacks with a bulldog. Goldust gets up as he grabs DiBiase from his hair. He pulls from, but DiBiase strikes Goldust on his face. Both start to exchange strikes, as DiBiase throws Goldust to the ropes. Goldust stops. DiBiase runs after him, as Goldust goes down, moving the ropes and DiBiase goes out of the ring. Goldust then gets out, as the referee starts to count yet again.[/b]

Goldust kicks DiBiase, as he hits a DDT.[/b]
3...4...5...6...
Goldust quickly grabs DiBiase and pushes him inside the ring, as he also enters the ring. Goldust seems to be preparing for the Golden Age with the crowd clapping, supporting Goldust, but suddenly...
"Voices" by Rev Theory plays through the PA System, as "The Viper" Randy Orton comes out on street clothes. Goldust looks back, as DiBiase tries to surprise him, only to receive a spinebuster from Goldust. He covers.
1...2.
DiBiase kicks out, as Randy Orton stands out of the ring, looking closely at Goldust. Goldust applies a rest hold, as DiBiase quickly gets out. Randy Orton keeps walking, as he stands in front of the announcer's table. DiBiase elbow strikes Goldust, as he then uses a german suplex on him. He then starts to hit multiple elbow drops, as he then climbs to the top rope, as he is going to attempt a fist drop from the top turnbuckle. Goldust gets up and runs towards him, striking him. Randy Orton then enters the ring, as Goldust notices it, he goes after him. Randy rolls out, as DiBiase's behind him and surprises him with the Dream Street. He covers.
1...2...3!
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner: Ted DiBiase!
"Million Dollar Man" by Kutless plays, as DiBiase looks at Goldust, laying on the mat. Randy Orton enters the ring as he raises DiBiase's hand. Both look at Goldust again, as they make their way out of the ring and up the ramp. As Goldust gathers himself in the ring, he rolls out, standing in front of the announce table. As he looks over his shoulder, he spots him... The subject of his recent stalking, Shelton Benjamin. As Goldust stares lustfully at Shelton, Shelton seeems to be worried.
Shelton Benjamin: What in the hell is that freak staring at?
Joey Styles: Well Shelton, he was kind of... interested in you last week. Haha!
Shelton Benjamin: You shut the hell up, Joey! That freak better not come over here!
Goldust slowly stalks his way over to the announe table. Goldust starts to climb on top of it. As he is on all fours on the table, he looks across as Shelton. Goldust reaches out for him while licking his lips. He then strokes his hand underneath Shelton's chin, causing Shelton to jump back out of his chair. As Goldust backs off the table, he continues to stare at Shelton, eyeing him in a disturbing manner. As Goldust finally makes his way to the back, we cut to commercial.

Saturday Night's Main Event comes back from a commercial break and is witnessing the entrance of Brock Lesnar and Felipe "The Truth" Coronel! The man who returned last week and defeated Mr. Kennedy, steps in to the ring and awaits his opponent, Zack Ryder. Felipe begins to talk strategy in the ear of Lesnar, as Zack's theme song starts to play over the PA system.
The crowd lets out a huge amount of cheers, as the crowd favorite comes out to the stage. However, he isn't dressed for competition. He is dressed in his street clothes, as he stands on the stage with a microphone in his hand. Lesnar and Coronel looks confused, as they await for Zack to start talking.
Zack Ryder: Brock, Brock, Brock... Bro, we can't have a match here tonight. We're scheduled for Rumble In The Jungle, bro. If we had our match here tonight, then what would these fans have to look forward to? So, I had a talk with the big bro in the back, Shawn Michaels, and he said I could choose a replacement. So here he is bro, Woo Woo Woo, You know it!
As Zack Ryder says this, his bodyguard from his popular youtube series come out on to the stage, The Big O. The Big O looks massive in size, as he stands beside Ryder and looks down at Lesnar. The look on Lesnar's face becomes angry, as he gets ready to face someone who is the same size as him. O rushes the ring, as him and Brock start to exchange shots. Eventually the Big O gets the upper hand, as he throws Lesnar against the ropes and tries to clothesline him. However, Lesnar stands there like a brick wall, as both men pump themselves up. O tries it again, and is stopped in his tracks once more. The power between these two men seem to be the same, as this time, both men run against the ropes and clothesline each other. Both men just stand still as they can't seem to over do the other. From behind though, Felipe Coronel comes in and tries to low blow the Big O, but gets caught and slammed to the mat with a powerslam. Brock looks on to the Big O, as O exits the ring and goes back beside Zack Ryder, who is smiling from ear to ear.
As SNME returns from commercial, Alberto Del Rio's personal ring announcer is standing in the ring.
Del Rio's music blares through the arena, and the fans immediately begin to boo. A loud honking sounds through the arena, as a 2012 Mercedes Benz emerges beside the stage. Behind the wheel is none other than Alberto Del Rio. With a wide grin on his face, Del Rio steps out of the car and makes his way down the aisle. As the fans boo and yell at him, he holds his arm, making fun of what he did to Matt Sydal last week. Del Rio enters the ring and poses in the spotlight. As his music fades away, he removes his cashmere scarf and hands it to Rodriguez.
As the lights dim, "My Time" blasts through the arena! The boos immediately turn to cheers. As the green hue covers the stage, Triple H emerges with his wet hair covering his face. As he slings his hair back, he heads to the ring, his eyes focused on Del Rio. As Triple H walks up the steps, he takes a swig of his water and tosses the bottle into the crowd. As the spotlight shines down on him, he spits the water into the air while posing. Triple H quickly ducks under the top rope and enters the ring.
As Triple H takes his place in his corner, the lights return to normal. The referee is about to call for the bell when...
Shane McMahon's music blasts through the arena, and the fans don't know what to think. As Shane comes strolling out with a smile on his face, he signals for his music to cut.
Shane McMahon: Triple H... Del Rio... I'm sure the both of you are asking yourselves why I'm out here, huh? Well, it is quite simple... You see, as 50 percent owner of SNME, I promised to make Shawn's life a living hell for what he did to my father. And if I'm not mistaken, one of Shawn's best friends is standing in that ring. Am I right, Hunter?
Triple H leans over the ropes, awaiting to hear what Shane has to say.
Shane McMahon: Well, after that little stunt you pulled last week, Hunter... I'm forced to take action. And that is why I am banning your Pedigree from this match. That's right, Hunter. You are not allowed to use the Pedigree to win. That is... if you even stand a chance! Enjoy youe match, Hunter.
"Ding, ding, ding!"
The bell quickly sounds, and Del Rio attacks Triple H from behind. Del Rio hammers away at Triple H and clotheslines him over the ropes and to the floor. As Del Rio slides out of the ring, Triple H is already to his feet. He pulls Del Rio towards him with and Irish whip and sends him crashing into the steel steps! Triple H pulls Del Rio up and rolls him into the ring. As Triple H slides in, he pulls Rio up. He sends him into the ropes... Triple H ducks down, getting ready for a back body drop. Del Rio catches on and slows down. He kicks Triple H right in the chest! Del Rio sends him into the corner. He climbs to the middle rope and starts to hammer Triple H with shots to the head!
"One! Two! Three! Four! Five! Six! Seve-"
Triple H comes roaring out of the corner, nailing Del Rio with a huge spine buster! Triple H gets up, doing his signature taunt. He pulls Del Rio up. He pulls his head inbetween his legs, but the referee tells him to stop. Remembering he can't hit Del Rio with the Pedigree, Triple H is momentarily distracted. Del Rio lifts Triple H up, flipping him up... Back body drop! Del Rio paces the ring, taunting the crowd. With a cocky grin on his face, he stomps at Triple H's arm, trying to wear it down for later. Triple H quickly rolls out of the ring and pulls Del Rio out by his feet. He slams Del Rio's head into the crowd barricade! He then takes him over to the steps. Triple H slams Del Rio's head onto the steel steps! As the crowd cheers, Triple H pulls Del Rio into him and clotheslines him down hard! Triple H quickly rolls into the ring to catch a short break.
While Triple H gathers himself, Riccardo helps Del Rio up. Del Rio shakes off the hard clothesline and steps up onto the apron. Triple H looks right at him, daring him to step into the ring. Del Rio ducks under the top rope, and both men are circling eachother. Del Rio and Triple H take one step forward, getting nose ot nose.
Both men start to talk trash, claiming they will win this match. Del Rio nails Triple H! Triple H nails Del Rio! Back and fourth, back and fourth! Each man delivers huge haymakers to the other, and neither one of them are rocking. Triple H finally ducks under a right hand from Del Rio and slams him down with a back suplex! He goes for a quick cover!
"One! Two! Del Rio kicks out!"
Triple H quickly gets up and stomps away at Del Rio's leg, trying to wear it down. He rolls Del Rio over and lifts his leg up... He slams Del Rio's knee intot he mat! Del Rio screams in pain and rolls out of the ring. He motions for Rodriguez to come over, and he puts his arm around him, using him for support. Del Rio yells in Spanish, but this only angers Triple H. He slides out of the ring, going after Del Rio. Del rio runs from Triple H. As Triple H turns the corner, Del Rio nails him with a clothesline! Del Rio drags Triple H over to the ring post and slams his shoulder into it! He then grabs Triple H's arm and begins to slam it into the steel post over and over.
As the referee warns Del Rio, he rolls Triple H into the ring and slides in. He pulls Triple H up... Arm DDT! Triple H holds his arm in pain, as Del Rio's plan seems to be working. Triple H slowy crawls into the corner, and Del Rio charges in... Triple H pulls the referee into the way! The referee is down! Triple H quickly gets up... He kicks Del Rio in the gut! He hooks his arms... Pedigree! As Del Rio lays knocked out on the mat, Triple H goes over to the referee. He waks him up and pulls him over to Del Rio. Triple H covers him!
"ONE! TWO!
THR-
NO! DEL RIO GETS THE SHOULDER UP!"
As Triple H gets to his feet, Rodriguez jumps onto the apron. He tries to tell the referee that Triple H used the pedigree, and he tosses in a steel pipe to Del Rio. Triple H gets in Rodriguez's face. The referee shoves Triple H back and tells Rodriguez to get down. Triple H turns around... Del Rio swings the pipe... Triple H ducks! He spins Del Rio around SWEET CHIN MUSIC??? As Del Rio falls to the mat, Triple H covers him...
"ONE! TWO! THREE!"
Justin Roberts: Here is your winner.... TRIPLLLLLLLE H!
"My Time" blares through the arena once more, as the crowd goes insane. Triple H gets to his feet, his arm raised in victory. As the fans go nuts for Triple H's victory, he climbs onto the middle turnbuckle. Triple H points to the crowd and then points at himself. He then strikes his signature pose. As Triple H climbs down, Del Rio is seen, angered in the corner. He suddenly charges at Triple H with the pipe in hand... He nails Triple H in the back of the head! Triple H falls to the mat, as blood instantly pours from the back of his head. Referees quickly hit the ring, puling Del Rio away from Triple H before he can do any more damage. As Del Rio makes his way to the back, SNME fades to commercial.
“Join Me In Death” hits the PA system as Chance makes his way out into the arena, for the first time in years. He walks down the ramp and rolls into the ring where he awaits his opponent.
"Headstrong" by Trapt plays following a roar of cheers as his fans rise to their feet. The Roy makes his way down the ramp and climbs the steps into the ring. He and Chance glare at each other from across the ring.
“DING! DING! DING!”
The opponents pace towards each other and lock up in the center of the ring. The Roy throws a side headlock on Chance and tightens his grip, but Chance manages to power out and push Roy off. They lock up again, this time Chance gets the advantage with a side headlock. Roy throws Chance off this time and they lock eyes, circling each other. They go for a lock up, but Roy kicks Chance in the gut. Chance keels over and Roy runs sprints towards the ropes and uses the momentum to come back and lay a knee across Chance’s face. Chance falls to the mat and Roy jumps on top of him, hooking his leg.
“ONE... TWO... NO!!!”
Chance pops the shoulder up. Roy grabs Chance’s hair and lifts him up. He pushes him toward the ropes then flings him into the other side, Chance bounces off the ropes as Roy prepares for a back drop, but Chance leaps over The Roy showing his athleticism. Roy turns around and runs into a spinning heel kick. Chance gets to his feet and jumps up, dropping both legs across Roy’s chest. He covers.
“ONE... TWO.... NO!!!”
Chance looks none to pleased. He gets up and begins furiously stomping all over Roy’s body. The ref warns him, but Chance breaks just before the disqualification. He climbs the turnbuckle and measures Roy out as he rises to his feet, waiting for him to turnaround. The veteran Roy, simply runs towards the ropes and pulls the top, causing Chance to lose his balance and land uncomfortably on the turnbuckle. Roy regains his focus and climbs the turnbuckle. He furiously hits Chance with his clenched fist as the fans count each one. He jumps up and shakes his hand. Chance sits on the top rope trying to figure out where he is, but soon finds the back of his head introduced to Roy’s foot. Roy leaps up and connects with a echoing enziguri. Chance rolls forward and falls to the outside of the ring.
“One... two... three...”
The ref begins the count out.
“... four... five...”
Chance begins to get up, but Roy sprints towards him and goes for a baseball slide. Chance dodges it and grabs The Roy’s legs and pulls him out. Roy flops onto the mat below. Chance rolls into the ring and looks down at Roy as he gets up. Chance catapults himself over the top rope and takes The Roy out, the ref begins the count again.
“One... two... three...”
Both men lie motionless on the mat below.
"Four... five..."
Chance slowly pulls himself up on the apron, Roy rolls over.
"Six... seven..."
Chance rolls into the ring, Roy struggles to get up.
"Eight... nine..."
At the last moment, Roy dives into the ring, saving the match. Chance picks him up and Irish Whips him into the turnbuckle. He charges at him and goes for a spear, but Roy moves causing Chance's shoulder to collide with the post. Roy turns Chance around and hits him with rights and lefts to the gut before Chance falls to the ground in the corner. Roy backs up before running at Chance, delivering a bronco buster! "Turn Up The Trouble" by Jim Johnston blazes through the arena. Mr. Kennedy steps out on to the stage and the crowd begins to cheer for the veteran. He walks down the ramp with a hard step. He runs up the steps and steps into the middle of the ring.
"DING! DING! DING!"
The two go for a lock up, but Kennedy kicks Talbot hard in the gut. He knocks him back with a hard right, sending him into the turnbuckle. The camera fades back to the locker rooms. The Roy sits on a leather couch with his hands in cupped in is face. There's a meat and cheese platter sitting untouched on a round glass table in front of him. He looks up as he hears the door creak.
Johnny Magnum: Hey man, I'm uh...I'm sorry about last week. Just wasn't your night. We both know you can take Randy Ortan on any given day...it was your first match back in a while..he just got lucky.
The Roy stands up smiling, and walks over to Magnum.
Roy Rowe: Look at you...biggest match of your career...and your in here trying to make me feel better about myself. Haha don't stress it bro. Johnny Magnum and Roy Rowe back in SNME. Theres some good times ahead of us. Can't let this one bad thing make us lose sight of that. Besides, last week was my screw up. You just make sure you don't make the same mistake. Tonight you main event against Raven. You're finally makin it kid. You go out there and you give it your all.
Roy puts his arm around Johnny Magnum, and puts his other hand in the air as if to be painting an image.
Roy Rowe:Johnny Magnum. World Heavy weight champion. There's no greater feeling then when you hold that title in your arms and you know it's going home with you that night. It's glimmer brightens the darkest parts of your life...
Roy talks with a bog smile and with so much enthusiasm that it's almost like hes forgot he's talking about Magnum.
Roy Rowe: Don't let me down..
Johnny: Believe me everything in my life, has all been just to climb to this moment. I'm not letting you, or myself down.
Johnny exits the locker room to prepare for his match. With The Roy's eyes twisting and widening, the smile slowly drips away in a matter that makes us wonder, was it ever really there?
The crowd erupts in cheers for the former Intercontinental Champion as Johnny Magnum makes his way from the back with his signature swagger and his white leather jacket. He makes his way to the ring slapping hands with the SNME faithful before climbing in to face his opponent.
That wicked, evil music that we all find ourselves familiar with blares through the arena, as a roar of boos comes from the crowd. From the curtain emerges Scott Levy, known by many as Raven. He doesn't look his normal self, he is wearing different pieces of clothing from all the different gimmicks he's had throughout his career. As the boos flow from the crowd, Raven makes his way to the ring. He rolls under the ropes and sits in the corner, waiting for this match to begin.
Johnny and Raven are now both in the middle of the ring. The referee then makes his way over to the center of the ring as well as he steps between the two men. Johnny and Raven share a few words with each other as Raven snickers yet again and returns the words to Johnny as well. Johnny bounces off the ropes, as Raven bounces off the ropes as well as they then are back in the middle of the ring as the bell then proceeds to ring to begin the starting of this main event match!
“Ding! Ding! Ding”
Johnny bounces off the ropes to begin the match up as he tries to run towards Raven but runs right into a right hand by Raven which causes Johnny to stagger back. Johnny holds his face as he makes his way around the ring only to receive another shot from Raven. Raven continues to deliver these hard shots to Johnny as Johnny now moves into the corner. Chops continue to shoot on the chest of Johnny as Raven then takes Johnny and whips him into the other corner turnbuckle. Raven then scouts Johnny up as he now then begins to run towards Johnny but Johnny then gets his boot up in the air and drives it into the face of Raven as Raven now is the one staggering back. Johnny runs towards Raven and drives him down to the mat with both hands. Raven gets back up and is brought back down to the mat by Johnny. Raven then gets up yet again and Johnny now hits a dropkick right to the face of Raven. Raven now moves over to the corner to regain his breath for a moment as Johnny grabs a rope and stays at the other turnbuckle corner awaiting for Raven to get up.
Johnny now begins to make his way over to Raven as he picks him up by the head. He looks at Raven as he knees him in the ribs a few times. He then scratches his chin as he looks around the ring. Raven though, now begins to deliver some right hands to his abdomen as he pushes Johnny back. He then looks at Johnny, as he begins to deliver a punch to his face that staggers him. He then delivers yet another punch to the face of Johnny, and then yet another punch to his face as Raven looks around before taking Johnny down in a hard discuss clothesline. Johnny falls to the mat as Raven now makes his way over into the corner. He waits for Johnny to get to his feet before he runs towards him and hits a knee lift right to Magnum’s face. Johnny goes flying up, and crashing down to the mat as Raven tries for the pin fall on Johnny.
“One..Two..”
Johnny gets the shoulder up at the count of two. Raven looks around as Johnny had kicked out at the count of two. He then goes on to grabbing Johnny by the back of the neck and placing him into a straight sleeper hold on the mat. Johnny seems to be fading away as he reaches out to try and grab a rope but it’s to no use. Johnny slowly begins fading as if he was asleep in which he probably was. Johnny tried his best but he couldn’t get out of it so his arms became loose and the referee began to raise them up.
“One…”
Johnny’s arm falls back to near his side. The referee raises his arm yet a second time.
“Two”
And yet again, his arm falls back to next to him. The referee then raises his arm a third time.
“Th-No!”
Johnny keeps his arm up in the air. He tries his best to get to his feet. Johnny gets to a knee and drives an elbow to his abdomen. He then drives another Elbow, but Raven takes Johnny by the head and slams him down to the mat. Johnny holds his head as he looks around seeming a little dazed as Raven tries for the quick cover.
“One…Two…”
Johnny kicks out at the count of two in this pin fall attempt as he continues to hold his head. As Johnny’s head hits the mat, he then begins to roll to the ropes until he is indeed to the outside of the ring. He looks around at the crowd as he holds his back as Raven is quick on the pursuit of Johnny Magnum. Raven quickly jumps out of the ring and looks around as he grabs Johnny by the head. He wastes no time as he knees him in the ribs a few times. He looks around some more and takes Johnny by the head, throwing him into the steel steps. With a smirk on his face, Raven takes Johnny over to the guard rail, and out of nowhere hits a Russian Leg Sweep sending Johnny back first into the railing as the crowd return in oohs and ahs as Johnny’s back collided there. Raven then quickly takes Johnny and throws him back first into the apron. He looks around before taking Johnny and throwing him back into the ring as he tries for another cover.
“One..Two…Th-No!"
Johnny manages to get the shoulder up once again after that beat down on the outside of the ring. Johnny looks around as he tries to get up to his feet. Raven assists him to his feet as he grabs Johnny up by the head, and Irish Whips him into the corner. Johnny is hit so hard into the corner that he rebounds and Raven tries for a clothesline but Johnny ducks it, and he is able to hit a swinging neckbreaker on Raven in the center of the ring. Johnny and Raven are now both on their backs. The two men try to get to their feet, and Johnny gets up first. He looks at Raven who is getting up to his feet, and bounces off the ropes but as he rebounds, Raven catches him by the back and hits a hard Spinebuster right on Johnny in the center of the ring! Johnny and Raven are once again back down in the center of the ring. Raven turns over and drapes his arm on Johnny for the cover.
“One…Two…Thre…”
NO! Johnny kicks out at the last milli-second! Raven now seems frustrated, as he calls for Johnny to get to his feet with an intense look in his eyes. Johnny quickly now begins to make his way to his feet. He gets up and turns around as Raven kicks him right in the ribs. He looks around as he pulls Johnny in by the head placing it under his armpit as he raises a hand up in the air, and then out of nowhere drops down to the mat hitting Johnny with his patented Raven Effect DDT out of nowhere as Raven now goes for the cover here.
“One…Two…Thre-No!”
The fans cannot believe it, but Johnny Magnum is still in this match. Raven turns over on his back, looking up in disbelief. Nonetheless, Raven doesn't want to waste any momentum, as he gets to his feet. Johnny, using the ropes to get to a vertical basis, finally gets to his feet, and Raven is behind him, looking to connect with another DDT. Johnny turns around as Raven goes for a kick to the gut, but Johnny catches the kick, and hits a spinning wheel kick to the face of Raven! Raven falls down, but so does Johnny. We're back to square one. Raven is out on the ground, but Johnny is getting to his feet. Johnny is getting tired of Raven, and goes to pick him up and finally put him out. Johnny picks up Raven and goes for the Gunshot, but Raven pushes Johnny off to the ropes, and Johnny bounces off the ropes, and Raven rolls him up for a quick pin! The referee drops down and goes for the count.
“One… Two….”
No! Johnny kicks out at two. Raven begins to argue with the referee, proclaiming it was a three. Meanwhile, Johnny is using the ropes to get to his feet. Raven turns around and sees Johnny. Johnny chops Raven across the chest, and backs Raven to the corner. There, Johnny runs at the corner and hits a Stinger Splash like move. Raven stumbles out of the corner, as Johnny ascends to the top rope and goes for a dropkick! He connects! Johnny connects with the dropkick! Johnny wastes no time and hooks the leg! Will this do it? Will Johnny Magnum put out Raven with the dropkick!?
“One... Two... Thr--NO! “
Raven refuses to quit. Johnny is starting to lose his cool, as Johnny then argues with the referee. Meanwhile, Raven is getting up. Johnny turns around and gets leveled in the gut with a big boot. Raven pulls Johnny in and goes for the Raven Effect. Wait! Johnny counters! Johnny turns Raven around and puts Raven in a backslide out of nowhere! The referee drops down and goes for the count on Raven, who was surprised by Johnny Magnum with a back slide pin out of nowhere. Can this be it? Can Johnny do it?
“One…Two…Thre-No!”
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Raven kicks out in the last second! Johnny is frustrated as he waits for Raven to get up. Raven grabs the ropes to get on his feet but Johnny uses a lariat kind of move to send Raven out of the ring. Johnny uses this momentum turn for the good, as he grabs Raven and slides him back into the ring, but the head of Raven is sticking out from the bottom rope. Johnny levels the throat area of Raven with an elbow, as Raven scurries back into the ring from the position. Johnny soon follows and ascends to the top rope. There, Johnny slaps his chest three times and goes for a Frog splash! Johnny jumps off, pumping his arms and legs, and attempting a frog splash, but Raven moves out of the way, as Johnny eats nothing but canvas. Johnny hits hard, and rolls over on his back in pain; however, Raven, being the mastermind he is, covers a fallen Johnny, looking to steal a quick cover. The referee drops down as he counts.
“One... Two... Thr--NO!”
Johnny somehow rolls his shoulder off the canvas at two! Raven is in disbelief! He could of sworn the failed attempt at the Frog Splash would of put Johnny out for good. Nevertheless, Raven stands up and picks up Johnny by the head. Raven the gets Johnny to his feet and he delivers a big boot to the gut. Raven then pulls Johnny in, and extends his arm upward and out, going for The Raven Effect! Johnny counters with right hands to the kidneys, causing Raven to break the hold. Johnny then turns Raven around and drops down with The GUNSHOTt! The fans burst into more cheers and excitement, as Raven lay somewhat motionless on the canvas. Johnny then puts his body over Raven's, and hooks the right leg and goes for a cover. Can this be it? Can Johnny beat Scott Levy? The leg is hooked; the cover!
“One... Two... Thr--NO! “
Raven kicks out at two! The fans cannot believe it! Johnny cannot believe it! The black heart of Raven is still beating. Johnny, amazed that Raven kicked out gets to his feet, motioning for Raven to get up. What's this? Roy comes rushing down the ramp, his signature chain in hand. He leaps up onto the apron. He pulls Magnum to him and places the chain in his hand. Magnum refuses to take the chain, and Rowe is outraged. As Magnum explains himself to Roy, Raven rolls him up from behind...
"One! Two! Magnum kicks out!"
Raven slowly gets up, pulling Magnum to his feet. Magnum is fighting back! Johnny then kicks Raven in the stomach and turns him around, going for the REVOLVER... but wait! Raven counters and turns Johnny around and snaps down with a DDT out of nowhere! Johnny is out, but so is Raven. Both men are out on their backs in the ring, seemingly dead! The fans are on their feet, as the referee begins to count both men out.
“One...
Two...
Three...
Four...
Five...
Six...
Seven...
Eigh…”
What's this? Raven is moving and drapes his arm over the chest of Johnny Magnum! As the referee counts, Rowe seems grabs a handful of his own hair, realizing what he just did.
“One…Two…Three!”
As the bell sounds, the crowd is booing. Raven has somehow managed to win this match. Magnum slowly pulls himself across the ring to the ropes. As Raven crawls to the corner, he sits there. Magnum pulls himself up and looks right at Rowe, screaming at him. Rowe looks upset about what he did and simply takes off up the ramp. He can't believe he cost Magnum the chance of a lifetime.
Styles: Folks, one hell of a night it's been! We'll catch you next Saturday! Same time, same channel! Thank you and goodnight!
As Styles finishes speaking, SNME slowly fades off the air with the image of Scott Levy with his arms held out in victory and Johnny Magnum staring in disbelief.
